Signature Chefs Auction

For the best local food, fine wines and an evening of fun, the March of Dimes offers its Signature Chefs Auction event at Vapor Night Club in Saratoga Springs, NY. November 10th, 2009.

Signature Chefs Auctions are exciting events that pay tribute to the culinary distinction of 15 to 25 of the finest chefs, caterers and local celebrity chefs while raising money to support the March of Dimes mission of saving babies. Each chef is asked to present their signature dish in miniature form as well as donate a unique package to be sold during a live auction. After enjoying a large reception, while bidding on enticing silent auction packages, guests are invited to bid on a variety of packages related to entertainment, dining, leisure and travel in the exciting live auction.
 

For it's second year Aird Dorrance has been a contributing member to the silent auction of this magnificent event. Offerings from gift certificates to it's grand showroom to state of the art faucetry keep a fresh face to the auction.  Funds raised support lifesaving research and educational programs aimed at giving every baby a healthy start. The March of Dimes has more than $900,000 in active mission investments in the Northeastern New York Division for 2009. March of Dimes also awarded $205,000 in targeted community grants that have direct impact on the lives of local families, including NICU Family Support at Albany Medical Center.
